It's funny because the space ship is a penis

The first season of Deep Space 69 is about 44 minutes. It follows the character Jay as he does missions in space that are ostensibly parodies of other science fiction films but it's really just about him having sex with every attractive woman he meets. It is asinine.

The core problem with the show (beyond the lack of jokes beyond 'penis' and 'I like boobies') is that it seems to be under the impression that it can get by on its main character's personality. In order for that to work, however, the protagonist needs to actually have a personality beyond being a dipshit sex pervert. Consider Sterling Archer, who has memorable quirks, one-liners, and some actual fucking character psychology, and who's surrounded by a strong supporting cast that he can bounce off of. The only supporting character in this is Hamilton, the koala straight man whose only function is to tell Jay that they need to get another job for real, and to be briefly annoyed at his idiocy.

I don't think I laughed at a single joke in the entire first season. It's unfunny spoof after unfunny spoof as Jay morphs from a dipshit who can't keep from trying to sleep with every woman he meets to a dipshit whose penis is apparently actually that good. It feels like something that might've been popular on Newgrounds in the early 2000s. But it doesn't hold up in a post-Homestar Runner (or even post-Red vs. Blue) era.
