For a girl who is not a fan of OOC characters, A Better Man proved me wrong. Vernon's and Petunia's characterisations are justified. This fic also has fluff and conflict sewn here and there that make it a very good read.
Also, I like how Harry doesn't always get the privilege of being in the spotlight. His friends even get their own moments of development, which I enjoyed.
