The idea behind this story is quite sound and interesting - dropping a modern, advanced Earth nation in the Warhammer World - but sadly the author does not seem to cross the line that would make it great.
For example, it is incredibly obvious that English is not his first language, much less one he dominates as should be expected of someone writing this story (I suspect he may have written the story in German and then translated it as best as he could), which makes the story full of grammar mistakes, halting sentences and awkward paragraph construction. Also, there are several points where the author writes a lot about things that do not matter much, yet important ideas are glossed over.
In summary: the story is good, but it could have been much, much better. The author would do well in taking the story and rewrite it from the beginning, enlisting a beta reader to take out the thousands of kinks that have been placed in the story.
