I'll be honest; I couldn't finish this fanfic. I made it through about the 15th chapter, but from the very beginning, it's nothing more than self-servicing wish fulfillment, lacking nearly any real drama at all.
A good example of this; Xander goes to a Magic show put on my Zatanna. She proceeds to accidentally make him naked, ogle over his apparently-huge manly bits, and immediately invite him back to her room for sex. No relationship or anything, just straight to the boning.
That's a good example for the rest of the fic. He beats Batman, Lex Luthor, Superman, and a host of other characters with astonishing ease, seduces dozens of women, gets his own country virtually given to him without any effort, and basically just runs around showing off most of the time.
Basically, he's a huge mary sue.
Now that might be tolerable if the story were well written, but it's really not; it's at best mediocre. That said, it's at least got a coherent story arc and the writing and characterization, if bad, are consistent, so if you're really bored or your standards are low enough, it shouldn't give you any problems.
