Awesome, Except For Giant Ants

Yes, it's got a few ThatOneLevels the first time around e.g. the Det. pack sewers, courtyard Smith fight and that freaking maze with the giant ants, and the training levels can be really, really boring, but I love this game.

There are quite a few different or extended levels from the movies. An expanded level - you can actually fly the helicopter to kick Agent ass and save Morpheus and it's awesome. Plus, the train station fight level is extended to have a further two parts, mind the floor ! Most of the good NPCs are really likable and their cutscenes are great - the one with old Chinese man calling Neo a "Demon." and Neo being confused - you have to play it if only for that one, along with the library cutscenes.

Unfortunately, they had to redub Neo and Smith's dialogue, the guy they chose for Neo fine, barely a difference. The guy they chose for Smith - fifty/fifty chance he actually sounds like Smith. Coincidentally, the guys name also ends in Smith meta much ? Though the kind of Slashy, FoeYay-ey "I can smell you" line remains absolutely hilarious, it's in the second train station level, you have to loiter for a few seconds.

The enemies range from normal - security, police to medium - SWAT, Military to hard - Smiths, Vampires ect. are cool and sometimes frustrating giant ants in the later levels. Tip with the giant ants throw them into the candelabra, not yourself, I've done that and you don't die but it's annyoing. The focus combos are awesome and if you get lost there are recommended button-presses on-screen. Oh, ooh, there's also code-vision no more assholes showing up out of nowhere, except for asshole vampires in That One Level. It's actually a gameplay point in the witch levels.

Also, it has a really weird alternate ending, justified, but still really weird and awesome. The music at the end could've been better though, they could've just with Nevras,or however it's spelled. Eitherway, it's awesome, oh god, it's the giant ants !! They've come to kill me, hide, hide for your lives, or Kill It with Fire.
