Is it really a "Funny Aneurysm Moment" when Tim (RIP) panicks about dying simply because, several decades after the show's run, he has actually died? I mean, it was always inevitable that he, and indeed every actor in every piece of media ever, was going to die one day. If this qualifies as "Funny Aneurysm", then any death scene or reference to a death in any piece of media where the actor is now dead must also be a "Funny Aneurysm" or "Harsher In Hindsight" moment.
Bogart and Hepburn talking about dying in their suicide attack on the Germans in "The African Queen" must be a "Harsher In Hindsight Moment" because, 7 decades after the fact, they are (surprise surprise) now both dead in real life.
Admittedly, any scene where Tim was specifically panicking about dying of an infectious disease would certainly qualify.
