So, I found your question exactly one year to the day after you posted it while I'm watching this on Svengoolie on a Saturday Night. The Ghost appears in the laboratory about half way through the movie where he persuades the doctor to not destroy the monster and explains that the reason for the monster being dangerous is that he used a criminal brain. All he has to do is change the brain, not destroy the monster.

Under big-Lipped Alligator Moment here, I have to ask; WHEN does the titular ghost appear? I'm a fan of the Frankenstein films yet I don't recall seeing said ghost. Of course, it's been a while since I've seen the film. So, does anybody know when it appears exactly in the film?
