It is not unintentional so cut. The point was Twilight, while ultimately right, went about it in such a bad way she contributed as much if not more than anyone else to the mistakes that led to the Near Villain Victory. I'd go as far as saying Part 2 was meant to be Twilight atoning for her mistakes this episode.
How much Twilight qualifies as Unintentionally Unsympathetic? Everything written in the entry is correct, but it should be noted that she does have a legitimate My God, What Have I Done? moment when everypony ditches her, apologizes to "Cadance", and probably would have done the same with everyone else, if not for the twist of "Cadance" actually being Chrysalis. In the next episode, does she rub in everyone's faces that she was technically right or whine about it like she does in most of the ACW accusation fics? No. Her response to Applejack's apology is to say that it wasn't their fault Chrysalis fooled them all. Being given a cold shoulder, trapped alone (before finding Cadance) in the mines, and helping Cadance save everyone doesn't make her a case of Karma Houdini either, if you ask me. Perhaps she'd qualify as Unintentionally Unsympathetic only before the very end of the first episode?
