The entry in general is misuse, describing Rohan as an Ensemble Dark Horse and Creator's Pet, both of which are mutually exclusive with Base-Breaking Character as well as each other: An Ensemble Darkhorse is by definition well-liked by the majority of fans, while one of the requirements for a Creator's Pet is being The Scrappy which means being hated by the majority of fans, and finally a Base-Breaking Character has equal amounts of fans and haters. I brought it up in the Base-Breaking Character cleanup forum thread but got no replies, but since it's such blatant misuse I think I'll just delete it anyway.
In Base-Breaking Character, it says Rohan is a jerk to Josuke for no reason, but it's actually b/c Josuke tried to scam him out of his money by cheating in a game of dice
