Add in "Broken Base": a very sharp split has developed between those who feel that ArenaNet has been, at best, engaging in shady practices and those who feel that A Net has behaved completely reasonably (though some do concede that the matter could have been handled more deftly).
Is it too early to add an "Internet Backdraft" entry - in the YMMV section, perhaps - to describe players' reaction to the specifics of the Heart of Thorns pre-purchase announcement? Both the official GW 2 forums and r/Guild Wars 2 are literally overflowing with angry/disappointed/upset posts from players. The biggest bone they appear to have is that existing players seem to be getting *nothing* in the way of extras with the basic version, not even an extra character slot, and they object, with varying degrees of violence, to having another copy of a game which they already own included in an item with a $50 (US) price tag.
