It is stated that Spike Likes Older Women but the production bible (http://tfarchive.com/cartoons/bible/) lists that Carly is only a year older than Spike, which would make her a Teen Genius (Spike is stated to be 14). However there are numerous changes to what the bible states and what appeared on the cartoon, so should the tropes page be revised?

Would Character Development play in "Microbots" for Perceptor? He went from a Smart Guy who "fussed over chips" to the plan leader (micronizing himself, Brawn and Bumblebee to invade Megatron and disconnect the Heart of Cybertron from within Megs), and finally Friendly Sniper who calculated when to fire (just before the Heart would hit 2000 meters) and end the threat. It was talked in All Hail Megatron he was could snipe, here was a literal example as he was in a larger microscope form, with the barrel doubling as weapon and sniper scope.

The following bit was natter-y so I removed it. If anybody knows how to incorporate it back into the article, please say so.

  • Moral Dissonance: Prime: "Hold on to your dreams, Chip. The future is built on dreams. Hold on." CMOH? Let's see, did the Decepticons ruin Chip's thesis project? Scare away his dream girl? No...Chip was mind-controlling the Constructicons into joining the Autobots and was disappointed that they rebelled. This exact scenario was presented as diabolical and unforgivable when the Decepticons did it in "Ultimate Doom" and "Secret of Omega Supreme".
    • The Autobots didn't have much choice, as Devastator was the only one that could stop the Decepticon's drilling operation that would've blown up the earth. Later, when Devastator chose to stay with Megatron, seeing Megatron's abandoning him as a tactical withdrawal, Chip lamented that Devastator decided not to stay with the Autobots.
    • Also, note that Chip's "dream" was for the Autobots and Decepticons to stop fighting (or at least to have Devastator come over to the Autobots side). Sorry kid, there'll be no switching sides (officially) until Beast Wars...
