Okay, I checked my digital iTunes Diamond Edition of the scene with Ariel's transformation against the Limited Edition DVD from 1999, and I see no difference; I can see her butt perfectly well on both versions.
I don't have the Diamond Edition Blu-Ray or the Walt Disney "Black Diamond" Classics versions of the film where I could check this scene. Comments?

Something kinda weird I noticed and was curious to hear other tropers opinions on it. It seems like Ariel might actually have the biggest wardrobe out of any Disney Princess. She has the Seashell Bra, the sail dress, the pink dinner gown, the pink nightgown, the "Kiss The Girl" dress, the sparkly water dress, and the wedding dress. That's 7 outfits in one movie, which feels really weird, considering that in earlier and later films they typically gave Disney Princesses 3, maybe 4 outfits per movie. So I was curious if anyone can confirm if there was a Disney Princess with a bigger wardrobe?
