in the first episode I noticed the show had great backgroud art and interesting character designs, but the animation seemed... limited (specially the way the characters run) But when you think about it that makes sense in a videogame where the characters only have some movements and the videogame makers had to program everything.

Nothing’s stopping you from making it. If you want to do so go ahead.
This article maybe needs a Fridge section, specially to point out little details that viewers missed and reveal the great mistery about the show.
