Yes. The whole point of the ptitle system was to be more accurate.
If it wasn't for the fact that (1) The article already has discussion, and I learned those can no longer be moved, (2) There's supposed to be a new system replacing the ptitles soon, I'd be fixing BioShock as well.

I think Season 9 should be merged into a single season. There was never a "9A" or "9B", those are just fanon terms that were never officially recognised by creators.
