I notice some examples retroactively rename Rachel and gender her as a woman before she came out. I appreciate this, but it's not consistent across the article. Should we leave Ralph's name and pronouns intact because the original show did characterize the character as a man and thus viewers who haven't seen the movie will know the character as Ralph, or should we gender the character based on the revival movie (which appears to be in continuity with the show) as to avoid the appearance of misgendering?
