Also, in The Evil League of Mutants, Leo tells Master Splinter that "you're just a rat, we need a tiger". This is obviously a reference to how Eric Bauza, Splinter's voice actor, also voiced Tigerclaw in the previous Turtles series. This reference has to be listed somewhere, right? But I'm not sure what this would fall under.

Hey, so I know the trope page is called "Youkai", but all of the crew on this show spell it "yokai" on social media and the subtitles for the show also spell it "yokai". Should we change the spelling on the page to reflect this? Or should it be kept in line with the Trope page?

Just curious - does this show have any staff in common with Three Delivery? I got a serious similar vibe in the art style. A quick IMDB didn't give me anything. But Tropers know. Oh the things the Tropers know.

I am soooo sorry that no one got back to you in what seems like a whole year. But at least in movement, there aren't many similarities between the two shows. Plus, most of the animators/storyboarders on Rise are pretty new to the animation scene (only been in the business for about 4 years max) where Three Delivery was airing between 2008 and 2009. The only big "animation" veteran working on this show is Andy Suriano, who worked on the recent comic book runs of Samurai Jack.
