So, the page mentions the Pretendo episode referencing Keith Courage In Alpha Zones but I didn't see any references to it. Can somebody clue me in?

Is Tareme Eyes allowed in the Muppet babies page as long as it's contexted. I'm baffled why Rowlf's example keeps being deleted since it fits him and non-anime examples are allowed for this trope too.

I am rather dubious on whether non-anime/non-manga/non-animesque entries should be allowed; design choices are typically only tropes in certain contexts.
