From what I hear from the season two premiere it seems like this Whiplash is a robot. Thoughts?

I sincerely doubt it... But if he is, he's the most sophisticated robot on the show.

Seems like a Shout Out in the episode Don't Worry Be Happy, when Tony says "I AM IRON MAN", he does it in a similar voice to the start of the Black Sabbath song.
