According to The Other Wiki, X Middle School is located in the suburbs of Minneapolis and St. Paul. But the location is deliberately made generic to the point where it could potentially take place anywhere (though many of the parents do have stereotypical Midwest accents). Would this be a case of Where the Hell Is Springfield??
