I'm really not sure how Yuri's transformation into a cyborg catgirl is a deconstruction of anything.

Yuri is becoming gradually more psychotic and forgetting more her humanity the more robotic parts she adds to herself. I'd say it is a deconstruction of bio augmentation.

Compare her attitude in the begginning with today's comic. she looks like freaking Painis Cupcake
