For now, I'm wondering more about David's reaction to seeing Nancy hurt. Probably a mix of alarm and hostility, followed by either rushing to aid her (which would kill him if he touches the knife) or scrambly for his cattleprod to fend off intruders.
"And as long as a sack of shit is not a good thing to be, chivalry will never die."And then there's Primus' reaction to such... concern from the boy if he is waylaid long enough to witness it.
What happens when DG discovers that a threat isn't nearly as dire as they feared? Observation? Tentative diplomatic contact?
Obviously not a kamikaze run because that is in the process of getting flubbed.
I'd imagine that they'd be somewhat confused and concerned about the possible ramifictions of their suspected High Priest (although at this point I wouldn't be suprised if they'd moved on from the High Priest thing and started suspecting him of being something as weird as his housemates) and an eldritch servitor having 'relations'.
It would be interesting if OMS was continued taking the updated Delta Green into account. The cell in OMS would most likely be Outlaws given their methodology, which could add an interesting dynamic should The Program get wind of Dave and his harem and sends a cell of their own to investigate. Two different factions of DG at odds with each other over what should be done with Dave and his unique connection with the eldritch.
Does anyone want to speculate on the aftermath of the cliffhanger and the fates of Primus and the Yig (Little Girl) after an apparently botched assassination attempt?
I can;t imagine Nancy would be very happy... and what happens if Delta Green discovers the beginning of a romantic relationship between their suspected cultist and this eldritch Servitor?
