• The Ace: Sydney or Maxima, depending on the situation. Both have flight, but Maxima's flight is only useful in-atmosphere (due to her need for air and it's too slow to be useful in space), whereas Sydney can use them wherever, and can even effectively space-travel. They can both be nigh-invulnerable, but Maxima can still move freely, while Sydney need to stay inside the shield, though it can surround more people. Maxima's energy manipulation is definitely better than Sydney's, but Sydney can also manipulate items (akin to telekinesis) as well as shoot. Sydney can only use two powers at the time, while Maxima can use her whole suite of abilities at the same time (though she can only push one of at a time to its maximum potential). Maxima is limited to normal space, while Sydney can warp-travel across interstellar distances, literally be in two places at once, and can use that same power to effectively give herself the ability to teleport between her locations.

2. Sydney isn't nearly (intentionally and reliably) competent enough to merit Ace status. Right now, she'd be a mix of Combo Platter Powers and Crouching Moron, Hidden Badass.

Just a note, but this comic does have a perfectly good Characters page as well as its main page — and Vehemence's character entry has a perfectly good note on his (very) Magic Pants. Despite which, people keep adding an entry for that trope to the main page...

So, there oughta be a character page for this.

I was about to start building it when I figured I should check in. How exactly should it be organized? I'm thinking a folder for the comic shop, a folder for arclight, and a folder for other characters. My only question is in what order should they be arranged to best avoid spoilers about various characters' natures and legal statuses

Five-Man Band cannot have two chicks. Each role is filled by one person. This is a Zero Context Example that doesn't explain how they are a Five-Man Band.
