Rainbow Dash presents might eventully do Pattycakes and maybe even Sweet apple massacre They already did Cupcakes,Spidreses, and Rainbow Factory
Edited by DerpyHooves122should "rainbow dash presents" be a seperate page? i'm honestly not experienced in situations like this, but RDP is pretty distinct from the main series.
I'm fairly certain that the thing posessing Sweaty Belt's name is spelled Thrackerzod not Thrakkerzog from listening to the audio, and the former does seem to be the fan concensus over at youtube, so unless anyone objects I'm going to change the spellings over here.
Could we get some more context or examples for the Take That! entry? FimFlamFilosopher didn't mention anything in the video description or at the blurbs at the end of the episode.
Edited by MacFluffers Hide / Show RepliesHis, or rather, Trixie's statements were satrizing the design decisions of the original abridged team. I added a few things, but I guess I could have done better. Maybe I should just shift it to the TakeThats present in the 1st video's credits, or even the series itself, since it was created mainly to spite the original team.
Edited by GoldenFootballPlayerI don't think this is correct usage of Alternate Character Interpretation. That's an audience reaction trope where different viewers have their own wild theories about why a character behaves a certain way. Here it's creating new personas from the whole cloth for the comedy value. I don't think that equates with in-world ACI. I strongly suspect is there is no such thing by definition. Move to discussion.
- Alternate Character Interpretation: The show practically runs on it.
- Twilight - an Insufferable Genius, with a Hilariously Abusive Childhood.
- Applejack - as dumb as a bushel of apples, but has a few smart moments
- Rainbow Dash - naive Cloud Cuckoo Lander and Attention Whore
- Rarity - a regular whore
- Fluttershy - almost no personality to speak of
- Pinkie Pie - Comedic Sociopath, and Earth Pony supremacist
- Princess Celestia - her Princess Molestia persona is cranked Up To Eleven
You are right. This isn't the correct usage of the trope. But I do think the fact that the cast's personalities in this series are almost directly related to their Real Life Alternate Interpretations need to have some mention. Any ideas?
Reep: Choose your last words carefully! Caspian: You're a mouse. Reep: I was hoping for something a little more original.
