I think the trope "Anthropomorphic Food" applies. In Kilian's episode "Garbage Retrospective To The Assassin's Creed Series", he describes the protagonist of Assassin's Creed Unity as being brie cheese. I think he's being literal because these are Kilian's exact words:
"In it you play as brie cheese. They ask him to join the Assassins and he can't decline because Cheese doesn't have opinions. He's in love with a girl but she's a Templar and he's a dairy product."
Additionally, Kilian shows a picture of brie cheese over that characer's face in clips where he's shown.
