I think we should be allowed to put Pixar villain speculations again. I saw on Jennifer Brody's instagram page a post saying "which villain should I write about next"? One of those villains was Oogie Boogie. So if she's willing to write a book about Oogie Boogie, then I'm sure she's willing to write about a Pixar villain.
