The Messiah is no longer a trope. Please readd under a better trope.
- The Messiah: Akiko and her Generation Xerox daughter Nayuki. In Nayuki's case, it leads to I Want My Beloved to Be Happy — in fact, a preemptive example, as she never really puts up much of a fight for Yuuichi, despite having loved him from early childhood.
- Yuuichi and Ayu are obviously this as well, the first for seeking to make his friends happy, the latter due to her wish for everyone to become well in the end.
