At Pietà Plagiarism, it says that Isabel is holding her sisters dead body, but for all we know, she could as well just be unconscious. Some developer said that they left Rosabels faith open, so maybe it should be changed to:
"In the ending, Isabel is holding Rosabel's body in this way."
