Would it be fine if somebody is willing to make a separate page for Trauma Team? That's to say, I'm willing to; I've played the whole game, so I have enough familiarity with the subject too. Another reason I'm thinking about it is that while TT does have a few connections and throwbacks to earlier games, it also has a largely independent story on its own.

I second that request, it is rather obvious that a lot of details are specific to the game.

I've been considering the task for a while now; for the title page, I'm thinking there should be some sort of picture showing all five games (no idea how to show this well yet). If others disagree, they're free to take it down :]
And unless anyone else wants to take up the test, I'm thinking of adding the pictures for the character pages (I'll make sure to avoid putting up any potentially spoilery character pictures).
If no one else is interested in doing this, then I'll gladly put some pictures up!

Hmm, that might actually look nicer than my idea (I've been trying to organize all the game covers in a way that looks presentable to no avail); keeping it simple seems fine :]

Could I add Japanese names of the characters to the Character Sheets? Such as, "Kousuke Tsukimori" for Derek, "Ange Tonegawa/Amou" for Angie.

That's a good idea. I was actually planning on doing that, along with putting the voice actors' names next to the characters' names like on other character sheets.
Actually, I think that the Five-Man Band would be more like this:
The Hero: Gabriel The Lancer or Action Girl: Maria The Big Guy: Hank The Smart Guy: Naomi The Chick: Tomoe The Sixth Ranger: CR-S01

Gabriel certainly has a special presence in the story, but that's not really related to the Five Man Hand roles. The core of the Five-Man Band concept is the role that each character plays in the team. In Trauma Team, there are six characters who are equally the protagonists, so the role of "The Hero" in the group doesn't just mean "the main character".
Consider the characters' skills and roles, rather than who appears the most.
CR-S01's specialty is Surgery, the standard gameplay type in the other games, meaning it would be considered "balanced", as is standard for The Hero.
Maria has a contrasting personality and is "not a team player". Her gameplay is also the most similar to surgery, fitting in with The Lancer's role as a counterpart to The Hero.
Hank is, well, The Big Guy in every way. He's big, he's strong, and he's big.
Tomoe's the most feminine, with grace and dignity, fitting in the role of The Chick. Her tool, the endoscope, is also a ranged one, which is something traditional of The Chick.
Gabriel, being the smart one of the initial five, is The Smart Guy. He has a lot of influence in the story, but as far as the Five-Man Band goes, his role is clearly that of The Smart Guy.
Dr. Kimishima is noticeably separate from the rest of the group, being the only one not to work at Resurgam First Care. This is also reflected in her background color, black. She really only joins the group in the finale, making her The Sixth Ranger.
Note that you don't have to be The Hero to be the "main focus". Power Rangers Time Force or Mirai Sentai Time Ranger for instance has the main character focused on red even though he isn't the team hero (it's the Pink Ranger). Same with Ninja Sentai Kakuranger where Tsuruhime is the hero but the focus is Sasuke.
I have been thinking about how creepy the opening cut scene of Trauma Team is once you know how the story ends. Rosalia isn't sleeping peacefully in the field, and the butterflies dropping their scales as they fly are not symbols of serenity among the chaos of a medical emergency but foreshadowing of future terrors.
All this is to say... what trope is that? I have having a devil of a time finding somthing like it in the database.
