There seem to be quite enough contextual discrepancies due to the difference in US and European version. Mostly in level namingexamples  but I also don't remember the health bar being a color gradient. Shouldn't something be done about that?

Humankind is like a train. No matter how powerful the locomotive is, it can only travel as fast as its slowest car allows it to.

Is the muscular revolver-akimbo-toting thug just an Elite Mook or actually a small Boss? He's to rare to be really considered a mook and takes considerable effort to defeat.

It's either an Elite Mook or even Unique Enemy, considering how rare they are. Sort of like with the Shiva statues from Tomb Raider III: stronger than other enemies from the same level, but definitely not a boss fight and deliberately made highly iconic and recognisable.

And while there is Boss in Mook Clothing, I'd say they are too weak and too easy to defeat, without any real gimmick or powerful attack on their side to truly qualify for a boss, even a disguised one

I'm leaning more towards Unique Enemy since you only see him twice and attacks a little differently from the rest of Bartoli's goons.

Remember, these idiots drive, fuck, and vote. Not always in that order.
