Is there a reason that the link to Torch of Liberty got deleted even though it's had a progress update/teaser in the last month, while Roten Morgen got to stay despite being announced as cancelled?
We should probably create an Awesome Music page for TNO. It has introduced the playerbase to many more music pieces than just Burgundian Lullaby.
Something semi-important just came up regarding the devs being doxxed by Russian nazis.
Edited by Hawkatana I'm here, I guess. With the huge host of new lore and the recognized official lore constantly shifting, I have a feeling that this page is in need of a massive update when the time permits it. A lot of people get information on the mod from this very page, and most of the lore here has apparently since changed or outdated.
According to Creating a Work Page for an Upcoming Work:
"Video games (whether released on a console or online service) must either have pre-release material and release scheduling or gameplay footage."
This work doesn't seem to qualify. A release date was announced (1st may 2020), but it was announced 6 months ago and said schedule is obviously no longer true (this date is now the day a new demo will be released).
Since the work doesn't seem to respect the rules, this page and all the subpages should probably be deleted (maybe moved to the sandbox section until the release of the mod?)
Edit: Forget it, I apparently didn't find all the proofs before opening this discussion.
Edited by Psychopompos007 Hide / Show RepliesTNO has a release scheduling substitute in the form of loc counter, which indicates the progress towards the release and video development diaries that feature actual gameplay footage. Do any of those count?
I guess it would count as gameplay footage. Don't know if the counter would count as a sort of soft release schedule.
By the way, were is this "loc counter"? I can't find it on the official reddit.
Edited by Psychopompos007It is here. It was unpinned from the subreddit in favor of demo announcement.
Thanks for the clarification. I hope I wasn't too harsh, I'm not a natural English speaker.
Why isn't there a timeline page on TNO? I mean, Kaiserreich has one, and that mod has a less developed character page than this one, so it's odd that a catalogue of the lore is missing.
