Must we refer to Fi as "it"? It feels like we're labeling her as an object rather than a character ("It" Is Dehumanizing?), and since Ghirahim is generally referred to as "he" despite Word of God declaring him equally sexless, I don't see why we can't just use "she" for Fi.

Fi IS referred to as "Mistress Fi" by Scrapper, and I don't think she's ever referred to by any pronouns in game. Personally, I agree.

Someone referred to the Silent Realm Guardians as Demonic Spiders under the Leitmotif entry. I...really don't think they qualify. —They also mark them as such in the "Turn Red" trope entry.

— They really aren't that common of an enemy. It's a really big deal when you get to a point where you KNOW you're going to face them. Also, it's not so much they "randomly show up and kill you with extreme cheap mechanics", which is what the trope is all about. It's a pretty blatant challenge, and an easy one as long as you're cautious.

I second that, though I think that one of them has to do with the fact that Ghirahim's teleportation always is accompanied by these colored diamond shapes. But I have no clue for the other two.
Yeah, Ghirahim has a pretty big diamond theme going on. I suppose you could say at a stretch that since Zelda's bracelets and hair thingies have triangle patterns that the triangles go with her, but I can't see any sort of connection between Link and squares.

The triangles on Zelda's bracelets and hair thingies are images of the Triforce, which are everywhere, so I wouldn't say it's really her Motif.

If I recall the article correctly, the statement was that we shouldn't expect Skyward Sword to be released before OoT3D. All we (or at least I) know is that SS is in its final stages of development. Who knows, maybe this years E3 will show something.

It's just that it's starting to appraoch Wind Waker levels of bashing with an alarming speed and somebody (like this incredibly popular website) needs to point out how stupid this is. Otherwise, every chance of the situation not escalating like back then is lost.
At least that's my opinion.

The hatred itself is notible considering how quickly it reached "Worst Ever" status. And since we have several tropes dedicated to this sort of thing (Fan Dumb, It's The Same/They Changed It Now It Sucks, Complaining About Shows You Don't Watch, ect) we might as well post examples.

Why is it that TV Tropes is always so keen on focusing on the very WORST of every single fandom for every single topic. If you applied this sort of distorted viewpoint to the Bible, you'd find yourself writing an article about nothing but loony self-righteous atheists who paradoxically also hate God the profess to not believe in, instead of the millions, no billions who have found inspiration, spiritual fulfillment, and guidance from the text. It distorts the true opinions of the majority of fans. I don't know where you guys find these people, but they're not a representative of the entirety of Zelda fans, or even just a small segment of extreme Zelda fans. They're just morons, probably lone morons as well. Its not a vocal minority - its a vocal solidarity. One guy says "I liked the Twilight Princess art style better" and suddenly he represents the entire Zelda fanbase, who are further distorted to be described as foaming at the mouths in rage and tearing their eyes out to not look at the wretched screenshots ever again. If TV Tropes is to believed, most Zelda fans hate every single game made since Ocarina of Time. And you know that can't be true: look at the number of units sold. If the series was so despised, it would have ended years ago instead of being the most beloved video game franchise of all time next to Mario.
My point is: most fans of the games aren't on the forums, okay? And even then, most of the forum posters aren't the idiots TV tropes so focuses upon.

Hate to disagree, but no, these fans are not a vocal minority/solidarity, they are freaking everywhere. I see them in every gaming community I touch. These tropes deserve their places in the page.
Couldn't we just use the "Just Bugs Me" page to complain that the fandom's reaction just bugs me (us)?

Does anyone know what point in the game this is even possible? After my first trip through the Skyview Temple, I went over to the exact spot I had gotten the sacred water on the previous playthrough, but every attempt to bottle some up for later just resulted in getting normal water. I even tried a few other similar-looking spots just in case.
