Hey, just made an account to say the blind idiot translation entry seems needlessly harsh and probably doesn't even need to be there. The script was just slightly adjusted for localization while still maintaining the same overall effect, what is the issue?

Does Absurdly High Level Cap apply to this game? I keep hearing about reaching it as being Fake Longevity and you can beat the game well before you get to the max. (According to this guide, it takes 1152 EXP bars, or 115200 EXP points (133 speed, 35 ring energy, 186 combat, 269 each strength and life, and 130 each unleash and shield), when you can only hold 99 bars and 99 points at a time; and a typical playthrough ends with 150-160 bars worth of upgrades)

Sounds like it. For what it's worth, the LP by Cobermani456 appears to end with speed at lv. 6, ring energy at lv. 4, most Werehog stats at lv. 6, combat at lv. 20, and shield at lv. 3.

After replaying Sonic Unleashed (up to Eggmanland, which I've decided not to do this time around), I've noticed something interesting: In most Sonic games recently, Eggman's tried to control several Eldritch Abominations and other supernatural entities, and Unleashed might be the first time Sonic's had one of them on his side, only instead of controlling Chip/Light Gaia, Sonic befriended him, which as we all know, tends to reduce the chances of getting stabbed in the back.

Interesting observation! Perhaps Eggman would get better results from these beasties if he actually (at least appear to) treat them as being more than just tools to a goal.

Removed this:

  • This Troper has heard that Shadow was cut out due to fan complaints, and Knuckles was cut out due to not doing anything to move the story along.

Not to be a Wikipedia Editor or anything, but proof, please?
