Is there an official source on the Mach numbers? I've seen some people argue that the wheel-of-feet wind-up to the dash counts as "Mach 1", then the cartwheeling arms is Mach 2, then when Peppino gets angry and gets proper wheel of feet and can break metal blocks, it's Mach 3, then the final "crazy run" stage is Mach 4. Other people say that the wind-up isn't its own mach, and that the standard run is Mach 1, the wheel of feet is Mach 2, and the crazy run is Mach 3. For the sake of standardization is there an official source on which stage counts as which Mach?
