How come some of the Mario Kart games have individual pages and others don't? And how come the games that have individual pages have tropes listed on the main page anyway? It should be all or nothing, in my opinion.

I am guessing that people made pages for some games but not for others. I don't think it's intentional.

I saw the signs stating the track names not being changed between regions for "online play reasons" got added back again. Could someone state said reasons? Or even just one?

After hearing what people have been saying about Mario Kart 8, I think we deserve to put Sequelitis on the YMMV page in reference to 8, as it's without a doubt the worst game in the series.

You gotta be kidding! Super Circuit was the worst game in the series. Well that's YMMV anyway. You can have the Sequelitis entry, but saying something like "Some fans are accusing the game of this, because..."

I say we either do this and give each game its own individual page, or consolidate all of the information onto this page and have the pages for individual games redirect to this one. The way it's done right now is sloppy, and I've seen too many red links to pages on the individual games. I'd prefer the former, but it will require more work to ensure that everything gets up to snuff.
Franchise is only really for cross-media franchises. Mario Kart is just video games. We could save the trouble of moving the page by just making the individual game pages and keeping the whole-series examples on Mario Kart.
All the games that don't have their own pages have redirects now.
However, I don't think this is necessary. Mario Kart is mostly an iterative series with no plot, and the main page isn't that overflowing with tropes. Huge enough for "Tropes A to H" folders perhaps.

How is the fact that the A.I.s screw up in Super Mario Kart an "AI breaker"? It's not like the player is DOING anything to make them act that way... is this some sort of pun on the word "brake"?

I wanted to ask first before I did it, but do we deserve to put Tainted by the Preview in the YMMV page in reference to Mario Kart 8? Because things have really gone downhill with recent announcements, like Baby Rosalina and Pink Gold Peach.

As long as it focuses on what is really tainting, I don't personally mind. I have seen in other pages senseless exaggerations in regards of YMMV entries. Please make sure that doesn't happen here. =)

I feel that at some point we should make a pace for the Arcade GP series. After the update that launched for DX just recently, it should have enough content to warrant a page.
