under the 'Call a rabbit a smeerp' category it should be noted that Faer Gorta, Alfar, and Brownies are all names for the creatures they represent already. Alfar is the original old norse word for elf, Faer Gorta is an old Irish demon, brownies (as well as hobgoblins) are mischeivous scottish spirits. Also NOT mentioned are the Aurochs, which is an extinct ancestor to cattle. The only creature listed under that category that is made up by the game makers are the Niskaru.
What trope/category would The Maid of Windemere fall under? Every time she returns from the Great Cycle, she causes the same mischief, mind controls/seduces King Wencen, and then finally dies at his hand when he shakes it off. Every time. She knows it's coming but can do nothing to escape it.
