And now Anime News Network has confirmed that they're in the game, complete with a scan as proof, but they also say that V-Jump didn't say who was playable and who was support.
So I'll refrain from adding them until information on that can be confirmed.
Supposedly, the newest V-Jump confirmed that Momotaro, Edajima, Ace, Hiei, and Killua are playable/support. I'm just noting it here instead of actually adding it to the main page, because there are no scans of the leaked V-Jump, so the only real evidence is hearsay. Some reliable sources have stated it (including Gematsu and a leaker that confirmed the existence of a Saint Seiya fighting game before Brave Soldiers was revealed, and confirmed basically the entire roster of JJBA All-Star Battle), but I'm erring on the side of caution.
Not helping things is that the sources that state which characters are playable and which are support differ in saying which character is which.
