Aside from essentially being the alpha of the game, there is very little in common story wise. I think it would be better as its own page.
What fate a slugcat...I have created a sandbox for the game here. I still think it should be its own page, but I also think other people should get a say in what happens before we add it to the wiki.
What fate a slugcat...Should we just make spoilers unmarked? Like 75% of the page is spoilered text because it's impossible to talk about much beyond the first third without getting into spoilers.
Hide / Show RepliesMaybe not all spoilers. Keep spoilers for major things like OLD_DATA, the Great Transcendence, and other plot elements that are surprises.
I'm gonna bump this and say that Spoilers Off is the right way to go. The Scrybes' character sheets and the YMMV in particular are really hard to read.
Seconding Spoilers Off. The story relies too much on left turns and plot twists to be spoiled.
What fate a slugcat...We've got a 3-1 consensus currently, so how about this: we let this sit for another week to give people time to object, and if nobody does I'll let it rip and take the spoilers down. If we want to spoiler some things, like OLD_DATA and the ending sequence, I need to know sooner rather than later.
Edited by DocSharpWould this game be an example of metafiction? Or is it just a really, really nested story?

Should the Sacrifices Must Be Made prototype be included? There could be a separate section (at the bottom) specifically for it.
I'll be here all day. Probably. Hide / Show Replies
