Is it just me or do 3 of the Guild Wars regions seem to be easy for other media developers to use without worrying about Copyright claims from Arena Net's lawyers(due to either having the names of real life places like Ascalon, The Jade Sea and Elona or in the case of the Depths of Madness the name has been used in other fiction)?
It also seems as if the Master of Whispers and the Luxons can be used by other media too considering they come from other media in the first place.
