We do have pages on all kind of works. Even the vile, poorly done works (with some exceptions, though) - check There Is No Such Thing as Notability.

Why is this even an article? I'm not a fan of the milquetoast, bland turn TV Tropes has taken in the last few years, but the page for this work (and KZ Manager) isn't even funny, unlike the (now sadly removed) rants which construed the FATAL page.
