Maybe in earlier versions? But, playing the most recent version, comparing the post-tribunal scenes, Kim's description of Harry's wounds are identical whether Harry attempted to dodge or not.
I believe in the recuperation scene, if you don't dodge it's mentioned that it is a slightly lesser wound than the near-pelvis upper-thigh shot when you fail the roll to dodge, though I also believe it's still more than a graze.
