Are the cutscenes supposed to be disabled when in singleplayer, because I just got the game today and am up to the Passport quest, and aside from idle comments, my character is a Heroic Mime.

There are very few times the character really speaks apart from the occasional idle remark. Cutscenes only really come at major events such as the survivor group moving,End of a chapter. Et cetera, et cetera.
