Is there any indication that the time-traveling is an ability of their species? I just assumed that the Barista came from the far future where time-travel was possible. Especially given Hyde's comments in Ep 2.
Looking at their behavior over the games, Neil/Silver and Amanda don't appear to act as though the time-travel is an ability of their species?
