A few ideas - been playing through the game slowly.
Ascetic Aesthetic: Marty notices that 1986 Hill Valley is differet because, "it's so... so clean!" and "jeez, my Hill Valley never looked this good!" It's not all white, just cleaner than Marty's used to seeing.
Brain Bleach: Marty would like some after realising that he's seen a picture of his grandmother naked.
Getting Crap Past the Radar: Marty talks to the alternate 86's Jennifer about guitars.
"I'm a girl who appreciates a hot lick."
"I remember."
Incredibly Lame Pun: Due to his apparently strict adheration to the Brown regime, Marty is called a "Brown-noser." The capitalization is original, according to the subtitles.
Lampshade Hanging: When explaining time travel to an alternate version of Doc, it gets pointed out that it, "sounds like this time machine is an impractical and dangerous invention." Given how most of the series' problems stem directly from the De Lorean, it's kinda true.
Shout-Out: Episode 2 has Marty say, "I've got a bad feeling about this." Twice. Episode 3 has, "I've got a REALLY bad feeling about this." Enough to count as Star Wars shoutouts?
A mission objective is, "Explore this brave, new Hill Valley." Like Brave New World, right?
When asked for a public display of affection, Jennifer says, "Let's not and say we did." Tagline for Easy A.
Tempting Fate: Doc likes doing this. "I'm sure there's no need for concern," or, "Let's just walk into the lab and hope there are no more surprises..."
Title Drop: This is played straight in the ending, when a future version of Marty says it word-for-word. For added awesomeness, the character is voiced by Michael J Fox.
