I forget if it's Malfatto or if there's another unlockable Plague Doctor character, but anyone else think his bio is a Shout-Out to The Medic from Team Fortress 2? Used to follow the Hippocratic Oath but decided stabbing people with deadly syringes was more fun?

Shout-Out has to be blatant and intentional. The idea of a Mad Doctor is hardly unique to Team Fortress.
