Under Deconstructor Fleet, there is an entry describing how Arcanum is one for Steampunk... by describing in detail what steampunk actually is, or at least was when introduced by Gibson in his The Difference Engine: an awful place to live, with terrible conditions for almost everyone and all the technology achieving is making lives of non-elite miserable.
What the game "deconstructs" is the ever-popular "Cog Fop", a "subgenre" that takes from steampunk its aesthetics and nothing else, just to have cozy adventures with brass-lined guns and googles. The game deconstructs that by simply adding the rest of steampunk elements into the equation, ultimately being a straight case of the "main" genre.
So should the entry be removed? After all, it's NOT a deconstruction of steampunk in the slightest.
