So, can someone provide sources on that claim that this game's Leo isn't the same guy as Mad World's Leo? Because, if that really is the case, some fixes here and in Mad World's page are overdue.

The Black Side demo. Amala contacts Jack after the fight with Baron and uploads some profiles to him. Leo's profile comes up and it mentions him being ex-Marine, "following in (Jack's) footsteps".

So, I see there's endgame information on the characters already. That probably means people should already have confirmation on whether Black Baron and Blacker Baron are the same person or not, right? Because the character page has conflicting information regarding that, and it should be fixed.
