I've been wondering that as well. For now I don't think it's meaty enough.

A little CTL+Fing shows that there's not really enough SMZ 3-specific material on the page for it to be an easy cut-and-paste job to split into its own page.
It would have to be done more or less from scratch, and I'm not knowledgeable enough to be much help in doing so. If someone super familiar with / passionate about it wanted to do it, they probably could.
In my opinion, any trope that apply to the original A Link To The Past and that the randomizer doesn't alter in any notable way shouldn't be included on this page as it's not really a feature of the randomizer itself. But if the nature of the randomizer adds some kind of different spin on how the trope is applied then I think it's fair game. I added a note in bold text just above the the trope list to explain this.
That's my opinion anyway, feel free to disagree!

That's generally the case with derivative works, unless said derivative deviates in some fashion or demonstrates the trope particularly clearly.
