Should this page mention somewhere that in addition to appearing in numerous alternate history stories, he actually wrote one of his own, postulating a universe wherein Lee won the Battle of Gettysburg? It's only 9 pages long, but still, the recursiveness of a perennial alt-history figure having written alt-history himself is pretty awesome.
