I found a few issues with this article as is. First, it mentions OCPD, which is often confused with OCD in popular culture, but doesn't make it clear how many people calling themselves or others around them really mean OCPD (or just mildly anal). Second, since OCPD is the medical term for extreme anal retentiveness, a term that is no longer used in the medical community due to Fraud's ideas about what causes anal retentiveness having been long rejected as having no factual basis, this should be mentioned. Third, the article states that OCPD is rare, just after mentioning OCD and OCPD can occur at the same time in individuals, but it's not clear to me if that refers to OCD & OCPD rarely occur together or if it means OCPD is rare in and of itself. I'm not sure that OCPD is as rare as the article says, if indeed it is saying OCPD is rare in and of itself, just that it may under-diagnosed. I believe many cases of OCPD go undiagnosed due to the fact that OCPD sufferers don't see their condition as a problem, only others around them and so they are unlikely to seek diagnosis or treatment for what to them is perfectly normal unless pushed by others to do so. Many non-OCPD people are more likely to just chalk up OCPD behavior as "being anal" and just assume it's unfortunate but untreatable personality disorder or they simply wish to avoid the wrath of the OCOD sufferer who doesn't see anything wrong with being OCPD. Think Sheldon on the TBBT and how his friends prefer to accommodate him rather than argue over his OCPD behavior. I would be happy to try and fix the few issue with this article so long as no one disagrees with my concerns.

Ok, I did some research on OCPD and verified what I already had thought to be the case. OCPD is not rare but one of the most common disorders in the U.S. and is diagnosed twice as often in males as in females though there is evidence to suggest the prevalence between men and women is equal. Also, some studies suggest there is a relation between the OCD and OCPD while others dispute this, thus any link between the two is currently contentious. I'll go ahead and fix the issue of the misleading statement about the rarity if of suffering from both OCD & OCPD.
