Yeah, I basically had to Spd Stack and equip Chill Spd 3 just to basically not get doubled by her, and instant Moonbows without having Guard effects is going to be a pain in the butt against her. (Then again I was always playing on Lunatic Lv. 40) I'd say she counts.

There's the Tempest Trials Ice and Flame Finale where the final boss is Ascended Laegjarn, who also made an appearance as a summonable unit on the final chapter of Book V last November 2021. She stands all alone in the field where she can utilize Rouse Atk/Spd 4, where she gets Atk/Spd +6 and [Null Panic] during the start of the turn if the user is not too close to an ally. Plus, her 3 movement and Null Follow-Up on her weapon, Flame of Múspell, makes her a huge trouble for your team. To make things worse, is her allies, there's a chance for some units who have Firesweep Bow-esque effect on their weapons by the likes of Shamir and Eleonora or powercreep mages like Pent, who can instantly charges up his special trigger, Glimmer. You can also deal with a melee unit just 2 spaces with her where some of them may have Null Follow-Up or Damage Reduction skills like Spurn or Close Call.
